These sets feature a Humbucker or Convertible voiced pickup in the bridge, with various combinations of other voicings in the neck and middle positions. We have some definite suggestions here, but if you want to get creative, you can substitute pickups to make up your own hybrid set through the Custom Shop.

• Left-handed "Z-Core" pickups are only available from the Custom Shop. If you want this feature for a set, here is an option.

• Z-Series pickups have their covers potted on. Removal will void the warranty.

• All of our pickups are made to order and with fixed cover (pickups potted in their covers) Z-Series/Z-Core models, orders placed will be built with covers selected at checkout and color changes will be subject to a $10 restock fee, $25.00 for a set of three.

Z-Series Hybrid Bucker Set™

• Bridge: Z-Series Bridge Bucker (ZHBJ)

• Middle: Z-Core Modern 5 (ZMD5)

• Neck: Z-Core Modern 5 (ZMD5)

This set features a vintage humbucker output in the bridge with two of our higher output Z-Core 5 Modern pickups in the middle and neck. This is a very versatile set, with great classic rock tones in the bridge, pure hot blues in the neck and plenty of quack all around. Include a blend knob to get great bridge/middle tones as well as more flexibility in tuning the quack on the in between positions as you blend the third pickup in. Cover color choice is presented at checkout.

Z-Series Hybrid Juicy Set™

The Hybrid Juicy Set combines the great humbucker tone of our original Juicy Bucker in the bridge with the high output Strat tones of our Z-Core Modern 5 in the neck and middle. Combine this set with a push pot to actuate the Silent Split and a blender pot for fantastic neck/bridge tones and you have a set that can really do it all with go to single coil and humbucker tones. Cover color choice is presented at checkout.

Z-Series Hybrid Convertible Set™

• Middle: Z-Core Vintage 5 (ZVN5)

The Hybrid Convertible Set combines the great split tone and powerful, clear normal tone of our Convertible with the slightly hot Z-Core Vintage 5 in the neck and middle.
